When you use Memovee we store account details, support conversations, and the prompts and responses exchanged with the assistant. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the product.
Prompts, responses, and usage metadata are used to deliver chat completions, provide support, detect abuse, and train product improvements. Access is limited to authorized team members who need it to operate the service.
We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Data is only shared with service providers that power the experience and are contractually bound to protect it.
Memovee uses OpenAI as the primary service provider for processing prompts. Any information in your prompt may be transmitted to the inference service for completion. The specific provider configuration is documented on our Inference Providers page and may change over time as we evaluate new models to deliver the best service.
Prompts and responses are retained while your account remains active so you can revisit conversations and we can audit system behavior. You can contact us to request deletion of specific chats or to deactivate your account, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Avoid submitting confidential, personal, or regulated data that you would not be comfortable sharing with AI services. Adjust notification preferences in settings and reach out if you need to access or correct personal information.
We employ encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and monitoring to safeguard your information. No system is perfect, so please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
